Booking of Intensive Courses in the Semester Break
During the summer semester break (July to September, February to April), we offer additional intensive courses. Please note that with the exception of German, all courses at level A1/A2 will be taught using German as a course language, so a minimum level of B1 German is required.
(!!!) ONLY students of Humboldt University (currently enrolled) are eligible to participate (only exception: incoming Erasmus/exchange students can join our Erasmus German course before the start of their exchange semester).
For internal reasons, external students, alumni and guest students** cannot take part in our language courses (or tests). Please refrain from asking.
** an exception are guest students who are enrolled in a shared study programme with the HU.
(!!!) Please register ONLY with your HU/Charité email address. This is mandatory in order to be able to contact you.
(!!!) Beginners' courses of other languages are generally taught in German unless otherwise stated, so a level of at least B1 German is needed to be able to follow and participate in class.
(!!!) Registration is binding. A refund of paid course fees is generally excluded.
(!!!) Please register ONLY for the course(s) you intend to take part in. Transferring to another course is only allowed in justified cases. You are responsible for making the right course choice.

Online booking for the ERASMUS German intensive course opens in early January (for March) and mid-May (for September). For the Erasmus course you need a password which you will be sent after registering on HU's platform for incoming students (MoveOn).
Please note that courses at beginners' level are usually taught in German, with the exception of the Russian "Repetitorium".
