FORMAT: IN PRÄSENZ
Der DAAD-Sprachtest prüft vier Sprachfertigkeiten (Schreiben, Lese- und Hörverstehen, Sprechen) und stellt dadurch das Sprachniveau (A1-C2) fest. Er kostet 20€ und dauert ca. 1'5 - 2 Stunden. Die Terminvergabe läuft auf "first come, first served"- Basis und die Termine finden nur statt, wenn die Mindestteilnehmerzahl erreicht wird. Andernfalls werden diese auf den nächstgeplanten Tag verschoben.
Der Test läuft wie folgend ab (die Reihenfolge kann aber abweichen):
TEIL 1 (ca. 20 Min.): SCHREIBEN: Schreiben eines Textes (Auswahl von 5 Themen).
TEIL 2 (ca. 20 Min.): LESEVERSTEHEN: Lesen eines allgemeinwissenschaftlichen Textes (ca. 600 Wörter) und Beantwortung schriftlicher Fragen zum Text und Wortschatz.
TEIL 3 (ca. 20 Min.): HÖRVERSTEHEN: EINMALIGES (!) Hören eines Textes (ca. 5 Minuten lang) und Beantwortung von Fragen.
TEIL 4 (ca. 5-7 Min.): SPRECHEN: Freies Einzelgespräch.

Hinweis (!): Es gibt kein spezifisches Vorbereitungsmaterial, aber das Lesen- und Hörverstehen ähnelt dem IELTS-Format. Es wird empfohlen, dieses Format zu üben und ebenso das Sprechen und Schreiben.
Wörterbücher sind nicht erlaubt. Bitte einen Personal-/Studierendenausweis zum Test mitbringen.
(!) Anmeldebedingungen:
1. Eine Anmeldung zum Test ist nur für HU- und Charité-Studierende möglich. Anmeldungen mit privaten E-Mail-Adressen werden storniert.
2. Nur vollständige Anmeldungen werden berücksichtigt.
3. Die Kursgebühr ist sofort zu überweisen. Bei Nicht-Bezahlung werden Sie storniert. Ein alternativer Termin wird ggf. nicht angeboten.
4. Der Test kann nur einmalig im Semester (bzw. alle sechs Monate) abgelegt werden.
5. Eine Rückerstattung der bezahlten Testgebühr ist nicht möglich. Eine kostenfreie Terminverschiebung ist nur mit Attest möglich.

ANMELDUNG
The DAAD language test tests four skills (writing, reading, listening and speaking) and determines the language level (A1-C2). The test costs 20€ and takes approximately 1'5 - 2 hours. Appointments are booked on a "first come, first served" base and can only take place if the minimum number of examinees required has been reached. Otherwise, the appointment will be postponed to the following scheduled day.
This is the procedure (although the order could vary):
PART 1 (approx. 20 min.): WRITING: you will write a short essay from a choice of five questions.
PART 2 (approx. 20 min.): READING: you will read a text and answer some questions.
PART 3 (approx. 20 min.): LISTENING: you will listen (ONCE ONLY!) to a short excerpt (approx. 5 min.) and answer some questions.
PART 4 (approx. 5-7 min.): SPEAKING: you will speak individually to the examiner, who will ask you a range of questions.
Tip (!): There is no specific preparation material, but the listening and reading parts are the same format as for IELTS, so it might be worth practising these. Practising speaking and essay writing would help too.
No dictionaries are allowed. Please bring your ID with you.
(!) Registration conditions:
1. Registration is only possible for HU and Charité students. Registration with a private e-mail address will lead to cancellation.
2. Only fully completed registration forms will be considered.
3. The course fee must be transferred immediately or else your spot will be cancelled. In this case, an alternative date will not be offered.
4. The test can only be sit once a semester (= every six months).
5. A refund of the test fee is not possible. The appointment can only be postponed free of charge by presenting a medical certificate.
